... and instead landed in the main city. It is a city of obscenely rich people. I went to one of the Casino's which asked me for a 50 euro bill just to enter. I came back and went into another casino with lower stakes of 10 euro only.

We didn't need any excursions for this trip, just wanted to walk around and see everything we could see in the short time alotted to us (last tender back to the ship was 15:30). Rick and Kiwani (the couple we met on the train) came with us in the morning we walked up to the top of Monaco to the palace. From their we could see the Kart Race that was going on at the Monte Carlo F1 track. Those have to be the quickest go-carts I've seen.

    I'm in Monte Carlo baby!

... didn't charge me. They do if the delay is less than 2 hrs. So instead of the 4:25pm flight, I am getting the 8:15pm. Annoying because I miss seeing Nice in daytime and the train ride to Monaco is supposed to be excellent views over the Mediterranean.

So, today has basically been in transit. Saw some good views from the plane window of the Swiss Alps (at least I think that’s what those mountains were).

    Hahahaha, they are ...
