... with a fishmonger thrown in. We found AA batteries, gluten free croissants, bananas, long life soy milk and some really nice muesli bars (according to Liam). It was interesting to see totally different brands and very occasionally Nivea or Eveready for example. The locals had their own bags or trolleys just like us! The EftPos machine was in French but it worked just the same as at home. We took the bags back to the hotel, then ...
... brunch and browsing, we made our way down to the beach and strolled along the promenade. This led to a set of ancient steep stairs that winded up along the cliff side. From their we could see the Kart Race that was going on at the Monte Carlo F1 track. Those have to be the quickest go-carts I've seen.
