There were also TV screens showing YouTube videos of 'funny animals' - the perfect cure! We then made our way Downtown on the street car, where we spent the next couple of hours perusing the shops. Once we'd run out of steam, we decided to go to the cinema, where we watched Disney's Tomorrowland. It was a decent film, not the best, ...

Retired and Crazy - San Francisco

... t undo these arrangements. I emailed all day and didn't get any replies so I went back to Passenger Services to ask if I could ring Betsy from their 'phone and encountered another "jobs-worth" who wouldn't let me do it.

After several frustrating minutes of begging she went on to serve another passenger and one of her colleagues took pity on me. He took my hand and promised to get it sorted, she raised her eyebrows. He patched me through to Betsy ...
