    ... as Schonbrunn but has a large pond infront of it which had ducks swimming in it. The other side had huge gardens and we sat there in the sun for a while before getting the bus back to the centre. The main drop off point for the bus was at the Opera House and there was lots of men dressed up trying to sell tickets for the opera - we never bought any though!

    At night we went out for dinner again - another Italian! ...

    ... vanilla custard. We got few groceries from a local store which was open unlike all the others in town but only bought enough for dinner and breakfast. On the way home we did a bit of detouring to Café Landtmann which is a famous café which used to be frequented by names such as Sigmund Freud and Gustav Mahler. After waiting in a queue for 10 minutes we were seated at a fancy table in what looked like an old library. Liz and I ordered the Austrian tradition of apple strudel ...

    ... of the Disneyland Castle. The amazing building is the Rathaus which serves at a government building for the council and mayor. It is bit unfortunate as it is so beautiful. The markets were the best we have been to in Europe. We got our gluhwein this time in white Christmas mugs to add to the collection, no boot.     ... being near a train station we went to have a look, finding free bathrooms with running water. Four trips later with varies plastic bottles we filled up the vans water tank. Two out of the four, we are on a roll, but it was too dark to find the broken pipe so left it until the morning.
