... I´ve not heard before. At a cafe stop a lady assures me that in this part of Spain itá a mixture of dialects.

Galicia makes its living from agriculture and fishing. It´s a poor region, but scenically beautiful. in a bar they play Celtic music on the CD player.......... bagpipes. Iain and David talk of folk groups back home.

... Hebben jullie kinderen? Ja 2 dochters. Die zullen jullie wel bewonderen, als ik jullie dochter was zou ik dat in ieder geval doen. Mooi.
En nu zitten we in een Auberge in Villarente. 12 kilometer voor Leon was het genoeg. 85 km en maar 300 hoogte meters. Zoals gisteren al gezegd, de molshoop komt steeds dichter bij.
Het wachten is nu op het pelgrimsdiner.

... eine 30-tägige Datenflaterate auf die Karte. Alex F. Aus L. hat uns die SIM-Karte freundlicherweise leihweise zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir unsere Reisebrichte über das Smartphone absetzen können. Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle. :-) Wir laufen noch ca. 35 Minuten gemütlich durch die Stadt bis zum Hotel Tryp León, ein 4-Sterne Bunker unweit zum Camino. ... we were supposed to meet Will at the bus station. Will is a guy from Atlanta teaching in the same program as us. Torry, his roommate showed up to walk us to their apartment because Will had to stay later at his school than expected. We walked to the apt. where we met Olivia, a girl from the Tulsa area and Will arrived shortly thereafter.

... to be in a beautiful setting and actually be doing something as artsy and normal as seeing a ballet. Second, I knew that even though I couldn’t be with my mom I did have a family here in Spain that cared about me and included me in their life. The ballet was actually 4 short ballet pieces.
