Not a bad day to stay firmly tied to the shore, this, given the date! We'd slept very well and enjoyed the brand new showers in the swimming pool building. Again, they’d provided washing machines, cookers, fridges etc, all virtually unused. Later that day we got to try it out. We borrowed some skates and went down to the local rink, all I can say is that it is not as easy as the kids make it look. While I know how to skate, trying to get the puck and keep it is another ...
