Well here we are back in beautiful Switzerland, this time in Geneva. They still have their own funny coloured money, they still have strange powerpoints, it is still very expensive but this time they are all French. Now that I have got the hang of Italian I have now got to change my Si's back into Oui's and my Grazia's back into Merci's.

They've offered to fill my water bottle. They've offered me lifts (!!!). They've taken an interest in what I'm doing. My highest accolades are reserved for the pilgrim host families. They take people into their homes and you quickly feel you are important to them. The pride and affection they ...

... cheese and rich food I can consume in one week. However the fondue was lovely and I don't regret it one bit. The following day I was feeling a little lazy and when Kathy found me at lunch time still in my PJ she kicked me in to gear and took me into the city of Lausanne where I wander around for the rest of the day. The weather was overcast but I soon found Lausanne to be a very interesting or should I say a strange city with no consistent theme. ...
