... we got home we sat up in Chloe's room. I didn't want to leave her!! It's nice that after their climb they will meet us in Zanzibar for 2 nights before we go to turkey! Our taxi arrived at 6:30 the next morning to take us to the airport. The toilet was a hole in the ground! Needless to say I held on!! We got a 12 seater plane over to Zanzibar. The flight was only 30min so once we were up in the air it wasn't long until we were back down ...

... literally a huge fishbowl of animals, within minutes of entering the crater we had seen buffalo, rhino's (which was so lucky as we had been told this may be unlikely as their are only 12 left in the crater), hippo, ostrich, warthog, hyena's, and zebra's. We drove around the crater on a search for animals for hours before finally just before our lunch stop we drove towards a young male lion crossing our path, we followed him for about 5 minutes whilst he strolled ...

... to catch a glimpse of Mother Nature at its' finest. Tanzania is a country imbued with such beauty, diversity and opportunity. Any travellers here are spoilt for choice. Our itinerary is very much in the 1st draft stages, and we plan to see where the wind takes us although it seem to be blowing strongly towards the blinding white sands of Zanzibar. (and maybe the Freddy Mercury Tour.)

... they could come and be such a special part of this trip. They really were in the thick of it and although we would have still done this section if they hadn't come it would certainly not have been anywhere near as good.   We then jumped back in the taxi and headed back to Jabula at Kipepeo Beach Resort. The car was fine, so we just set up camp before jumping into our own bed.    The end of what turned out to be an awesome chapter of the epic ...

... Ich muss morgen auch 1h freuehr als alle anderen aufstehen und fruehstueck machen.
Trotzdem ein lustiger Abend!
....bei dem sich wieder mal herausgestellt hat, dass ich schlechteste Billardspielerin der Wlt bin und Volleyball im Dunkel Hindernisse birgt ;)

Noch eine Dusche unterm Sternenhimmel (hab ich von dem schon geschwaermt?), seeehr toll!
...bis ich festgestellt hab, dass die Bambus - Bananenblatt - Konstruktion um mich ...
