... a lot of great museums so we walked around Old Town Nice and visited some museums and stopped for some gelato on our way to them. We had an early night in that night since the weather wasn't ideal and since we had an early morning bus ride the next day.

Funny Story: Picture me trying to ride a bike when I haven't ridden one in probably around 10 years...that is funny enough in itself. #uncoordinatedandawkward

... of stairs and ramps, there was a awesome waterfall that you could walk around. The spray form the waterfall was going over the path and was quite refreshing. The view from the top was pretty “Nice” with the white beaches stretching around the bay the palm trees along the promenade. The uniform colour of the houses and the red and whites received quite a few “wow this is cool” as I was busy taking photos.

... beaches we are used. These beaches are rock. Large pebbles are a more accurate description, but rocks sounds more dramatic. Despite the rocks we managed to have a wonderful afternoon at the beach.

We also made a day trip to Monte Carlo Monaco. A dramatic report on this day trip can be read in the next post. I feel that it deserves its own post due to its ridiculousness.

A Nice Day In Nice

... station to catch the 2:25 PM train to Torino. We had to switch in Ventimiglia, but we arrived in Torino safely at 7:28.

We grabbed Two giant Pizzas(Mushroom and Margherita total price 15 euros). We thought that the pizzas would not be that big, since the price was so cheap. It turns out they were huge. We brought the pizzas back to the room, ate as much as we could and went to sleep.

... with our lunch, to try the tram. It would take us to the 'Old Town', the Promenade and the little Tourist Train. We had to buy a ticket and we chose the 10 pack. We watched others get on the tram and saw how to validate it in a machine similar to the Mikey one.
