    This is a very urban place high rise flats all around us we are on yet another car park but this one leaves a lot to be desired. There are about 12 vans parked along side us. Next to us is a sign telling us if we break any rules we will be punished by the Mayor not seen the Mayor so not going to chance it.     ... sun. It was another nice day, and I think we are finally starting to warm up to some spring weather.
