HAN-AY Cagayan
... a local soccer tournament that we had some volunteers and workers sign up to play in. Went there, and in typical Filipino style played for about 24 minutes over 5 hours! A Proper Entry
... are a few cultural differences I've run into. One, Filipinos will not tell you they don't understand. While English is very prevalent, many Filipinos have a limited handle on it.
