We all met outside this incredibly fancy restaurant (the Casino--not like Las Vegas casinos, but more like social clubs), and took an obnoxious amount of group photos, selfies and final shots with friends. Week 5 is here! I can't believe how fast this whole experience has gone by! It feels like just yesterday I was anxiously running around the airport hopelessly trying to make it to my terminal on time, and now here I am running around La Laguna as if it were my home town.

... close that any misplaced steps would have killed us--which gave us the birds-eye view of the entire canyon and mountain range. It felt like we were in Heaven or on Mount Olympus or something. The hike was scheduled to last about 2.5-3 hours, but apparently we were running later than normal, so the bus had to come pick us up about halfway through. It was a pretty tough climb up the mountain, so none of us were against the bus coming to get us. Plus, we got to hang out in this ...
