    THE BEST HOTEL IN ROME

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at in the whole of Italy. Its location couldn't of been better.
We found the staff was really helpful, they told us the opening times to the Colosseum and Vatican. They even pointed to the nearest supermarket. Also the breakfast every morning was amazing. We had the best section of food and drink so we was always stuck with choice.

Our rooms were amazing too. It had a big comfy king size bed with a plasma TV on the wall (with English channels). Being the name of the hotel our room was really colourful which looked nice. The best thing about the hotel room was the free drinks that they gave us in our fridge, Its a really nice gesture and a nice touch from the hotel.

When we come back to Rome we will be staying here again

Our train ride from Orvieto was quick and pain free and we arrived in Rome in around an hour and a half. We had to switch from the train to the metro to get to our hostel. Across our travels, we have come across many imaginative ways that people will try to get money off you, that have varied through the many cities we've been lucky enough to visit …

We got nice an early just like that girl told us to do in Pisa. Luckily our hotel was just around the corner from the Vatican, so we didn't have to get up too early to trek across Rome to get there. This was one of the reasons why we picked this hotel. We had our buffet breakfast which was a a very good selection. Once we full …

When we got on the train at Florence we were gobsmacked about how nice first class was. We had air con, nice spacious comfy leather seats with our own little table just for us two. This really was a stroke of luck. We logged straight into wifi to check our messages and emails before we set off. Things could not of got …

... Scary!!! When getting on board, the conductor took our passports (with our tickets) so that when we stopped at customs during the night, we wouldn't be woken. The train took care of it for us.
However, we woke up anyway, due to this hubbub. It was pretty crazy and somewhat scary. Imagine how awful it would be to lose your passport!
The conductor just came by (we have about an hour left in the trip) and gave us our passports back. I have never been so glad to see it in my ...
