... bumped into Edwina and Peter again and stopped to chat. They are a lovely couple, very easy to chat to. Peter is the co founder of Hotel Chocolat so that was interesting to hear about. A Bellini and a Gin Fizz later and we were feeling very relaxed with the world! Hopped back on ferry to travel to Mennagio which was pretty but a lot quieter than Bellagio. Todays adventure was always destined to be more sedate than yesterdays little excursion from Venice to Como. We drove a short 5 mins up the road to the town of Menaggio, with two priorities, well one really, food. We needed groceries and essentials for our apartment, and also some lunch.
