... was around 25 with a gentle breeze. The walk into Varenna was lovely as street lamps were being illuminated adding another dimension to the town.

We were promptly taken to our seats out on the terrace and the lights from towns across the lake and below twinkled back at us.

The meal was absolutely amazing and incredibly tasty. Egidio the owner waited on us and he had a very good sense of humour.
