We spent last night is the very unique little town of Alberobello, Italy which is about one hours drive from our demarcation point of Bari. Alberobello has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. It has a population of about 11,000 people and is recorded as having been first settled sometime in the mid 14th century. Haha he is nice about it so agrees to us ordering what we ...

... tuna stuff zucchini, plus antipastos, salad, meats and dessert. We had given her late notice hence the lack of food she said! Haha. We also met a friend of theirs called Frances. She is an American lady living in Fagnano and has her beach cabin opposite Maria and Amedeos. It's so funny because even though Frances has been living in FC for close to 30 years American is still her first language and she prefers to speak the dialect as that is what she was taught by ...

It's market day again today, the sun is shining so it means that the markets will be large. We begin our day with coffee and pastries at the Black Wolf pub prepared lovingly for us by my cousin Guiseppe. Silvana and I begin wandering around the market while Michael decides to sit for a while longer checking emails. We meet up with relatives and friends, have brief chats and continue shopping. Silvana buys a few things and I manage to finally find a large tablecloth for my ...
