... rain was really heavy, but also laden with sand it had picked up with the help of gale force winds, so not only were we soaked but we were covered in sand. About two minutes after we got back as we were still towelling dry it stopped. Sometimes in life timing goes your way, other times....it just doesn't.

... of use out of theirs, sipping wine after dark. We used ours as a Chinese Laundry, as any traveller does.
We fitted a heck of a lot into the four sea days, even if it was a heck of a lot of relaxing and eating. The general theme of sea days consisted of:
-Three course breakfasts followed by light entertainment such as game shows, demonstrations and presentations.
-Three course buffet lunches followed by watersides, sunbathing and frozen daiquiris. ...
... midnight, you know me, I am an early bird.
So here, I am kind of laid back.
I recover my sleep, having sometimes nights of 10-11 hours! The breakfast, I love it, you just sit outside, in the shade, since the sun is up already (yes, I take my breakfast is around 9:30 hr ;-))
After a little check of my emails (since while I sleep, Europe is awake), I go for a walk.

... would do and headed for the SeaQuarium. Lots of different shows at diffent times with lots of different animals. Kevin, of course, had to plan what shows and at what time and then route marched us between each one. Luckily (?), the weather had picked up a little, so the route march was done in 90+ heat and humidity - woohoo!. Whatever happened to ambling round and spontaneity one asks oneself, but hey ho, we did get to see everything.

... reserved at the front of the congregation & during the ceremony Bill & Angela laid a white rose on their father's chair. Not a dry eye. On each seat was a small shell and we were asked to hold the shell during the ceremony and the shells along with all of our good wishes were collected up at the end of the service for Bill & Angela to keep.
