    ... the surprise. Proceedings kicked off rather slowly when we asked for some beers. Their response was one of apparent bewilderment and/or shock.     ... had not been exaggerating. The hotel was indeed beautifully appointed with the main foyer leading into a main spacious and well furnished lounge, surrounded by a high rise of balconies and hotel rooms. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to an Executive Suite - which not surprisingly we had no trouble in accepting.
