    ... under appreciated. He kindly said he wanted me to become a JET so that the school could hire me for the next 5 years. Legend. As we went to pay for the bill he said he was covering it. I opened my wallet and took out the 1,000 yen ($10) note to pay for my half and he took out his 10,000 yen ($100) note and said, "You are an ALT, please keep all your money and be safe." Legend.     ... a few beauties too which again impressed the kids. I taught them how to say "good finish" "cross" and "1,2" so with my 'work' done for the day I said goodbye to the 100 or so students playing sport and left.

    I think next Friday I'm going to bring my sports gear and play the full 3 hours with them. I had a blast today and didn't really want to leave. I hope they enjoyed it as much as i did.

    Saw a fat Japanese person today too. First one in 8 months.

    ... her schedule before she left for the U.S. until January, although what would have been another few weeks after 9 months? She cut it in her apartment which is near the church she works for and luckily I had made a preliminary trip to her apartment building yesterday afternoon just to make sure I knew where I was going.
