Day 7! One week behind us,146 km walked with 654 km left to go but heck who's counting! Today we really stretched ourselves and added 8 more km to our original destination of Los Arcos and ended our day in Torres at an Albergue. The scenery once again was spectacular(eye candy) ....sorry ladies we were not referring to the men but those cyclers in their neoprene outfits aren't too hard to look at). On our descent from ...

In the morning, the boys had some yummy eggy bread for breakfast with maple syrup. Then it was time to drive to Lake Negratin. The boys also did some great drawings before we set off. In Baza, the boys went to the park which was shaped like a maze and played in a playground. Then it was time for ice cream! Ben had ...

Carried on to the area where vultures are nesting. Not aware of anyone who got a good shot. It also doubled as the lunch spot, some grumbling it was early: by Spanish standards, yes, but we had ...

... br> Saturday morning I am up at 4:30 am to take the shuttle bus to the airport for my 7:00 am flight back to Rome. When I arrive at the Air Europa counter the place is mobbed with people and it's quite disorganized. I'm worried I won't make my flight. But, once I board the plane I'm pleased to learn I was upgraded to first class and only paid for a regular ticket. So all that chaos was worth it. I have a reclining/massaging chair and loads of room. I am ...
