The town itself is comprised of some very narrow and extremely steep streets which we attempted to navigate but soon gave up and pressed on tho our Parador for the night which was some 25 kms further on into the national park along some steep and winding mountain roads. (which is a good thing because this is where the party was). It was basically a little clearing with a small bull fighting ring, small bathrooms and a bar under a canopy for shade. Yesterday, I bought "international" stamps (and by this i mean that the man gave me like 20 normal stamps and told me to put 1 big stamp and 4 little stamps on each letter to equal international postage) however, since I have to put 5 stamps on each piece of mail, that leaves no room to actually write on a postcard. Soooooo, now I have to go buy envelopes as well, so I can mail actual letters. Looks like I have some serious letter writing to ...

... like I had definitely drank more beer than I ever had at work before, and was sort of amused as to how my next two classes (1st and 3rd grade) would go given that all of the teachers were now mildly intoxicated.

Then I was reminded that this is Spain, and if the teachers are a little too tipsy to teach and it's nice out....the solution is simple! We just don't have class.

... able to use it seems rather unfun. So we asked the teacher and the Americans in the group went and had a snack and drink at the hotels resturant (mmmm coffee and milkshake...) The tour was really for the Spainsh students anyways, they are studying turism, so the hotel tour was part of their learning expereince.

Back on the bus again for another hour ride back to Ubeda. Got back to homebase at about 8:30pm. What a day! Class at 10am tomorrow! Yay!!!!
