This was the fourth time Manuel had done the Tough Mudder (crazy person!) but this was the first time he was able to complete every one of the obstacles. I think he was pretty chuffed.
That afternoon we headed back to Bremen to Manuel's apartment and met his wife Janna, his 2 year old Reinald and his 3 week old Marvin.
