... their place, quickly. While the teams long term aspirations were most decidedly for me to fulfill a role exceeding entry position, the tricks readily available in my arsenal were not needed. ... everyone was getting tired of the go go go that we'd been doing all week and ready for some down time. ... to hit the Tsukiji fish market, the largest one in the world. It is definitely a sight to see. You have to be careful though because despite the large number of tourists, it is a working fish market and the fishermen can't have you standing around getting in the way. At the edge of the market are some tiny restaurants (maybe 10 seats each) where you can get the freshest sushi ever. ... Since TIU is an international school, they like to get cooking classes from students from other countries.
