Also Wendy is probably almost cured of her fear of tunnels as we lost count of how many we went through in the almost 90 minutes it took to get to Monterosso. ... we ended up there after dinner, three subway lines later, for sunset. I learned two important things my first day in Europe: (1) the world is incredibly difficult to navigate without internet access & (2) Kelly & I might as well have a stamp on our forehead that says "American" Overall, I really enjoyed Milan. Getting lost multiple times ended up being a blessing in disguise. We were able to see a lot of the city in the one day we had. Onto the next tomorrow AM, Praha! ...

... out how to use. The girl who served me was excited to meet us, as she had been to NZ - driven from Auckland to Wellington, to Picton and Christchurch. She loved Picton. It doesn't sound like a very fun trip to me, but she obviously loved it.

We came back to our room just as the housekeeper was leaving - housekeeping fail! She did not put the lid on my hairspray. It has become a huge joke as I hate the lid being on the hairspray!
