... a glass of Pinot Gris. It was gorgeous. We stayed talking, and the location, the atmosphere, etc, etc, really finally made me feel like I was in Europe. So so cool. We stayed long enough that it started to get cold (I made use of the blanket provided on the back of my chair) and so we all ordered some tea/coffee. And then went back to the hotel after a wonderful evening.
Loving Budapest so far and excited for tomorrow!

A Day of Walking......After a Night of Palinca...
... br> After a very light breakfast and a few cups of coffee, I set out on a walk along the Danube. I walked for kilometers, trying to clear my head and to sort out my thoughts. I don't even remember where I walked, or how far, I just know I was gone until suppertime. I fell into bed after supper, not feeling very proud of myself, but also knowing that my emotions had been in turmoil since my walk along the castle ramparts. At least I was now feeling again...
