Skiing Dolomites

... the shopping in Cortina is just fabulous and not a "chain" store to be found. Really worth the drive to this super chic resort.

The one downside is that it is crowded. We are in high season and German school Holiday is going on now. Add to that the fact that the Dolomites have not had this much snow since 1951. Minor complaint and it sounds like things will clear out next week.

Roberto has a very good eye- goes with his great art works I guess which he us also good at.  We gave them our Xmas gift and stayed for about half an hour or so  then we left. Stefano ...

Day15 - Rest Day Agoro

... Ended up getting our Xmas purchases and felt pleased.  We also bought some ingredients to make Xmas shortbread. Remembering how the recipe goes was a challenge and as a consequence the biscuits were a bit of a flop-they spread out too much and crumbled. It seemed like they needed more flour. They looked terrible and were the worst biscuits I have ever made which is a real shame!  We all went out ...
