      Denmark can be summed up with four words: family, eat, drink, sleep! We had a great time with the Danish family and they made sure that we wouldn't be hungry for about 2 months. The days were filled with eating yummy Danish food, playing games, watching football, short walkings at the beach and drinking beer / red wine.       Our friends live only a few hundred metres from one of the most famous castles in Denmark - Valdemars Slot - so we took a few hours this morning to explore it. The castle is in the most beautiful spot on the edge of the harbour with extensive buildings around it - originally stables and gate houses.
