Lake Geneva has the clearest water I have ever seen in a lake. The lake itself is surrounded by the 2nd most populated city in Switzerland, so it is interesting that they have the ability to keep the water so clean and clear. Lake Geneva is also surrounded by very large snow covered mountains.

... Greece has been my favourite in the summer time but French food is literally to die for mmm! We stayed with a host named Ioan pronounced w-o-n. he is very Nice and works as a web designer in a town 30mins away. He is very easy going and was helpful with tips on what to see and where to go. Geneva Weekend trip

Mountain Running Fail
... mile roundtrip jaunt.
My stay in Leysin was short, mostly due to the fact that tourist towns outside of tourist season are awfully creepy... especially when you have a 20 person hostel completely to yourself and an owner that is far too excited to have someone staying there. The two night original plan quickly turned into an overnight stop and go.
