On Monday, I will have been in South Korea for SIX WEEKS. Yes, I said SIX WEEKS! Time is already flying by. What have I been up to since my first couple of posts? Let me fill you in:

Getting to know Korea

Bright and early Saturday morning I started out my journey, catching the bus from Shin Pyeong to Cheonan. I wasn't sure exactly when the bus would come or how long it would take... but I guess I would find out. I waited about a half an hour and then traveled by bus for about an hour and a half before I made it to Cheonan. I met up with Cheryl and Adam (with the help of a stranger's borrowed phone) and we were off for our adventure.

Daily Life
... their snack at 10:15. Poly encourages the kids to be super hygenic to wash before every meal and brush their teeth AFTER every meal. But I digress...I have a short break from 10:25 to 10:45. After that, we do some other work (2 classes worth!) and then we break for lunch at 11:55am.
Once I help serve their lunch (I take care of dishing out the rice and soup), I am allowed to leave for a break to eat my own lunch and regroup. We are allowed to eat the school lunch, but ...
