Got the bus back to the far end of Ponta Negra where a huge
sandy headland is sliding down into the sea – was happy I was not staying in
the crowds here as the beach disappeared at high tide leaving everyone cramming
the streets, shops & restaurants.
Knew it would be a tough day’s travel and it was – had
thought, because of that, to stay the night in Recife, but it was fully booked
and managed to get a well priced single in Natal for 2 nights so went for it!
