    I hadn't really realised how tiring constant travel can be until I arrived at Bologna.     Today, we went to a beautiful home I Modena where they produce Balsamuc Vinegar over many years. We tasted 7 vinegars that were aged from 15-25 years. They were so unique with subtle differences. They dont sell to shops, but freight to anywhere in the world.

    We had a brilliant education session and got a whole new appreciation for it.

    Ummm, needless to say I bought some.

    ... watched the locals. The town is just the single lane winding over the hill. Sadly no piazza. Just exercise. It's very beautiful here but I'm also glad to be moving on. My days off were spent looking for wifi, gelato and a supermarket so I could stock up on a treat or three. Has my Italian improved? My vocabulary has tripled but it will take skill to incorporate them into a conversation that isn't about agriculture. I'm still smiling though as I head to Arezzo. Sent from my ...
