      ... a Monteverde alle 8 di sera. Qui e’ nuvoloso, umido e fa freddo! Qualche amico ci ha raggiunto per viaggiare con noi per le due settimane seguenti e siamo felici di rivedere delle facce familiari finalmente!

      Dopo una cena a base di riso, fagioli e platano andiamo a letto presto in preparazione per il giorno seguente. Monteverde e’ bellissima, ci sono farfalle colorate e colibri ovunque!

      ... up just as the bus was driving past the house window – cue large swearing! This meant I had to then walk the 4km back in wind and rain at 4.45 back to the centre in order to get the 6am bus which went via a different road.

      ... the day. My resident was joyful and helpful and loved by all of his fellow residents and staff. There were other more dependent residents which were challenging in the pool, but the students managed well and everyone had fun. We ate lunch, chased some restless residents, and took over both rest rooms for changing the residents back into dry clothes, diapers, and shoes.
