28.10.14 Left Vaile Di Caises this morning under a very heavy frost. Thought we would outsmart Bruce the navigator and avoid the Autostrada. It did work and he took us into the Dolomites over Cortina above the tree line with great views which you will see. ... After lunch the 5 of us went for a boat ride around Lake Garda which was beautiful. The captain even let each of the boys have a turn steering the boat which they thought was pretty cool. We were then going to go and have a look through a castle but it closed at 1pm! We didn't realize this and got there at 1.30pm. Oh well!
