    Got up to do a walking tour with the group. Walked through the back streets of Venice, seen some of the main areas, ending up in St Marks square.     ... in a shop. Of course, he had to buy a pair because they are so much cheaper here than in Australia. A couple of stops and we were at the Rialto mercato. Here, we were very impressed by the quality of the fruit and vegetables - loved watching the guys peel artichokes and slice off one slice.     ... near a hospital. (I hoped that there was only one hospital in Venice.) That was the solution. I was able to follow a series of those hospital signs, and soon got back to a place that I recognized. Hooray! This will be my last post; we're taking an EasyJet flight from Venice to London tomorrow.     As we headed out further in to the Venetian Laguna leaving the city of Venice behind, I spotted another cruise ship cutting across our bow.
