My flight from Madrid into Porto was my first flight experience with Ryanair. I had heard many controversial things leading up to the booking of my flight so I was interested to see if my story would be one of the endless ones ending in heartache. Considering I wound up in Porto, I'd consider it more or less a success.

... are. The distilleries were surprisingly accessible, with all of them offering tours of the caves and tastings, for a fee of course. We were only able to visit a couple (Porto seems to close for 2 hours during lunch) before catching our evening flight out, but we are glad to have tried some new and very interesting kinds of port. We drove through the rain and Jessica (sat nav) took us up into the mountains. When she wanted us to do a sharp hairpin bend that was impossible with the caravan we had to carry on to a dead end in the road.
