A travel blog entry by deantyrrell on Jul 24, 2015

This morning we woke up early again to be able to go to the lake. We got there, had a couple of hours to swim and sunbathe and then we left at 2:30. At 3:00 we arrived at the campsite and 15 minutes later we were on our way to white water rafting. The rafting was all the way down the verdon gorge. The water was surprisingly warm. It was a really fun evening. After all this excitement there was no time for dinner so we just cooked a late dinner back at ...

Day 14 (3/12) Home Sweet Digne Seven countries, fourteen days, 602 photos, 615 Euros, and countless new acquaintances later, I arrived back at my destination in ONE piece, without any major hitches. I think I 'dun good: I saw most of what I wanted to see, but I didn't exhaust my possibilities. There will certainly be more to visit the next time around, ...

    Jetlagged and homesick, again

... officer 6. Publisher/Editor 7. Editor/Publisher 8. Personal finance advisor OK, the personal finance advisor one's a biiiiiit of a stretch, I know. I'm not much of a math person. But one thing I've realized lately is that I like having money--not so much spending it, but just knowing that I have it makes me feel secure. You might think that's shallow, but I'm just being honest with myself. People like me aren't supposed to ...
