After spending the morning in Ajaccio, we left for Calvi but before that we wanted to stop by Corte and the beautiful beach Algajola.

There are 3 hrs (driving) between Ajaccio and Calvi. However, going thru the mountain was difficult, so many turns, OMG, we had to stop, I thought it will never end (I got car sick... as always:). I don't know how one can possible drive on those roads. I ...

... sauce. I had the Carpaccio, duck Confit salad with the grilled lobster tail for dinner. Dessert was the best I've ever had. A great soufflé with a hot whisky sauce that tasted like a zabaglione. Jamie had the brandy and camembert mouse with fig. We ordered a very nice pinot noir off the special wine list for Jamie's birthday.

After dinner with had drinks in the Club. A sauterne and a Jameson neat.

"I don't ...

... inflammatory pills. He chose to try my "Pennsaid" liquid, and feels much better. Thank you so much, Dr. Denise!! For dinner tonight we ventured through the rain, with umbrellas turning inside out, to go to a restaurant that Stephen suggested. He was not with us this time, but with friends, elsewhere. This dinner, unlike Cozy, a couple of nights ago in Vieux Port, was fair to mediocre. Walking back to Milena, we each felt like drowned cats, having ...

4:20a.m........ RRRRRRRIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNG... RING..... RING.... RRRRRING... as the alarm clocks sounded just 4 short hours after all of us finally got to sleep, the crew (obviously not moi), was up again, and releasing Milena from her nighttime anchorage. This was a perfect day at sea, for our 14 hour crossing to Corsica, France, from Port Ercoles, Italy. When I finally surfaced around 7:45a.m., the sun was out, and blinding me, as I went topside to look around. Hmmmm..... all ...
