    ... we planned on going to get pizza. They had remodeled their kitchen since last time and the kitchen was now in the other side of the room. Our family gave them some gifts from NM so we watch them open them and enjoyed each others company. We the went to eat pizza at this local place, it was next to a bowling alley and a gym so there was a strange crowd nearby.     ... well, I am trying to move on. At a minimum I will say that the train through the alps was beautiful. And Laussane sits in a lake right at the foot of the alps. May be worth a stop someday. Off to cinque terre tomorrow after a morning in Milan. It was 90 degrees here today, kind of a shock after cold London and cool paris. Going to rain for 4-5 days...
