    ZAKYNTHOS, GREECE, MAY 6, 2015
Today we are in Zakynthos one of the Ionian Isles. Today is a beautiful day and we are tendering ashore to the port of Zakynthos. The town is quite small and nestled along the sea shore. If any of you would be interested in reading what happens and how we get on, we would love to hear your comments both on here ...

A travel blog entry by kavking1 on Apr 26, 2015

At sea. All at sea, cos I have an exceedingly near terminal case of man-flu. I will be very surprised if I am able to complete the voyage. However, I went to the ship's doctor and was given paracetamol at the cost of $0.52. US. The nurse tried to distract me from my immediate demise by telling me it was the cheapest item on the ship. Her ploy was unsuccessful so my next duty is to check out ...

... on his crutches as he felt one of the screws inside his knee had worked it's way loose. He stayed in the car for the ferry trip. We arrived at Sami in Kefallonia and headed straight to the hospital. We were all a bit worried that the doc would have to open his leg back up! We were really thrilled to find Andy smiling and much happier after the doctor had seen him. The screw had worked it's way out so they took it out!! Apparently with minimal fuss through a small incision. ...
