Our first look of our cruise ship was awesome. We caught a water bus to the cruise terminal and it was easy to book on as I had done the online booking from home. All went easily and before we knew it we were in our cabin. It’s really nice with a good size private balcony, kingsize bed and a great bathroom with the best shower. We sat on our balcony after lunch with champagne as we sailed out of Venice – such a magnificent ...

In the pool Alex did his usual routine of asking me to challenge him to do something (like swim from on end if the pool to the other in one breath). I said no, but he decided to do it anyway. Today we were supposed to go visit the Navagio beach. A few minutes after we left port, ship turned around and went back for a round of latecomers. The day was perfectly sunny before we turned around, and when we set our course again, the clouds covered the sun, and the sea went rough. Our ship was rocking. When we came to Navagio, 200 m from the beach, ship stopped and the captain informed us that we can't make port for our own safety. Everyone complained, but ...

... of the main streets in Zante, their pedestrian zone, and later to the square where was located the St Dennis church and the tower that is a replica of the tower on St Marco's square in Venice. On the way back to the bus we took a walk through the port seeing some fascinating sailing boats. It was a beautiful day. When we got back to Laganas, we decided to skip a party in club Plus and enjoy time in our favorite gyros place ...
