      ... atmosphere. After checking into our hotel we walked the streets and investigated this picturesque spot. Dinner was at a gorgeous place called Le Tremail where we tried some escargot (snails) and seafood. To our surprise, the kids loved the snails and asked for more after trying them. Great stuff kids! It was a 20 mile ride with 6 continuous miles uphill with a gradient ranging from 7-13%, unfortunately the steepest part was near the top, where we were also surprised to see snow on the side of the road! It was a totally amazing ride with some brilliant hairpin bends and breathtaking scenery all the way.
