Had a good trip yesterday, the majority of it was on the A75 which is dual carriageway, unfortunately using local roads would have taken far too long. The road was fairly quiet but as the altitude increased so did the thickness of fog which we were in for about 30 miles then we were back in brilliant sunshine. Looking out of the van window now the sunshine is about to continue today.

More fun in the pool, both the little ones are loving the pool and there swimming skills are coming on leaps and bounds, the big children are very similar to performing seals. Fajitas for tea, as ever there is very little left over. SATURDAY Not much of a lay in this week but in fairness to the munchkins we don't hear to much from them until seven ...

... water seemed pretty warm and we tried to guess what it was we settled on 23C, a January sea temperature in Oman. I went off to interrogate the life guard and was surprised to discover it was only 19C; it must have been a heck of a lot lower in Brittany. After swims and naps we headed home to make a birthday supper for Phil.
