    ... part of Aix. During this time we found 2 museums and enjoyed wonderful display of sculptures and painting. Caumont Centre D'Art was originally one of the most beautiful private mansions in Aix-en-Provence and dates back to 1715. In 2010 it was acquired by Culturespaces and underwent complete restoration to become the home of the new art centre.     ... for goodies to bring home, so many things we can't bring ,because of the weight ,that we would love to. Found our way home and then slipped around the corner to a nearby restaurant for a bite to eat. Very well priced had a steak ,veggies and then an amazing desert,custard with chunks of marshmallow on top sprinkled with nuts . Well it was part of the deal main and sweets for 21 Eros. Back home and catch up with emails and diary , and then off to bed another adventure tomorrow who knows ...

    ... we enjoyed our last lunch in the dining room then reluctantly packed our bags & disembarked. Caught a taxi to out hotel, the gorgeous historic Intercontinental Marseille Hotel Dieu. Our amazing executive room had a large undercover terrace with a panoramic view over the Old Port.

    ... there is some really beautiful red sea weed there, a few small fish, and I nearly bumped into a florescent blue jelly fish too. I explored and relaxed in the sun for many hours before setting off for the hike home. As the sun goes down there are red rocks which glow above the town, this reminded me a lot of the colours in the grand canyon.
