I love the breakfast food here. I found a lovely little café that serves pancakes filled with fruit with chocolate syrup to top them. Delicious! I think my favorite breakfast food that I found is from Casa Good. It is called English, and it consists of scrambled eggs (huevos revueltos) mixed with crispy bacon, served with potatoes and toast. Name it and you can do it here: hiking, mountainbiking, climbing, rafting, jungle tours, canyoning, bungeejumping, horseback riding, exploring the volcano that towers above the town... And everything for a lot cheaper than anywhere in Europe. So today we went rafting - for the rafters we did a class III - and it was extremely amusing. We're going to do some more exploring here before going more north, to Quito!
