... shop) and ordered a coke and parked ourselves on the bench in the tienda to have a break from the sun and cool down. We continued to Quilatoa as the 7km climb wasn't over, we ran into more local kids on the trail who were cheeky enough to ask us for our water. After a brief stroll we ended up in the Music Theatre of the school he was working at. Not exactly the place I thought I'd end up. A bit of keyboard, some guitar and salsa dancing made for quite the interesting experience. Managed to stumble back to the hotel around 5am in preparation for our 6:30am bus ...

... the girls at their tour agency prepared for a great time. We were fitted for wet suits and shoes and hats and packed it all up and gathered on the bus for a 30 minute ride. We arrived and dressed, met the guides, and the other participants. We hiked up a very good portion to the peak of the first fall.
