dish ever; Morea is now a fan of pesto, which she was not before. Alix and I
had never had a pesto sauce this good and taste so different than what we
typically have in the US. After this wonderful meal, and eye opener again of

She was an American heiress to the Guggenheim squillions and took an interest in supporting up and coming artists, such as Picasso, Jackson Pollock, Max Ernst etc. This museum was her home in the 1930s and has been left as a museum in her memory. It is a beautiful place with a lovely leafy garden, containing sculptures by Henry Moore (his vertical period!) et al. It is ...

... Pizzeria for dinner on our way home. We ordered a pizza to share, a nice small bottle of wine & bought the obligatory, delicious ice-cream on the way home. 16/09/13. Today was a day out & about on the water taxis. We bought a 12hr ticket for 18€ each which gave us the option of getting on & off as many time as we liked. Mind you, we could have travelled for free as nobody checked our tickets, ever!! We were lucky with our first trip as we secured a seat up the ...
