Waited and waited for the bus.min the end hot a taxi, 45 euros for 6 ...

... boats and people coming and going all day. We caught the funicolare up the hill to the Piazza Umberto and then, after a couple of wrong turns, made our way to the Certosa di San Giacomo, a Carthusian monastery. We continued on to the Belvedere of Tragara (a panoramic promenade lined with villas) and took some great snaps of the view.

We then made our way back to the Marina Grande where we enjoyed a leisurely lunch and watched the world go by. ...
