... good evening after all. We missed out on the big festivities though, since after a day of surfing we were so exhausted that we went to sleep at 10PM.

All in all we had a very sweet last month, as we finally got to do some amazing hikes, and got to chill a lot as well, first near the lake, and afterwards by the beach. Now it's time to head further South. Next destination is Leon, Nicaragua, where we will be celebrating New Year's Eve!

First it was a truncheon, then a chot gun, and finally, a machete. I was drinkignwith ...

... to stay in the US.

We managed to fit two meals in at the fair the next day, plus dessert, plus some time listening to an old guy croon to many fans in the square - no idea who he was, but his poster said he was the most prized singer in El Salvador! We then tried to educate ourselves a little on ...

We were able to enjoy an extra hour of sleep during the night since our plane out of San Salvador was delayed by an hour. We all really needed the extra sleep after a week of hard work in the hot sun! However, this later caused some issues for those with tight connections in Houston.
In the end, Our Houston team members made ...
