... were applauding. Most of the music was by Spanish composers, but the guitarist did play a couple of modern tunes, one of which was Eric Clapton's Tears in Heaven. After the concert, we looked at a few exhibits in the museum on our way out. I have posted a few photos of these. We then headed to one of the narrow streets with several restaurants and found a wonderful Italian restaurant called Alfresco. Last night's dinner and the dinner this evening have been the best we have had so ...

... than a few Euros in each of their money holders, not much return on their time investment.

Not much later found a bar for another glass of vino blanco (or 2) and more watching the passing parade..... some fascinating sights walked by!!!! Love people-watching!

Sitges is renowned for its gay & lesbian events .... apparently had a very gay mayor some time back who made it a trendy place for gays, now it is quite famous for it....and all the more interesting.

... bohemian apperance had spread out blankets and sleeping bags and were playing guitar and singing, and looked like they were sleeping out for the night. This is my first experience of Spain and I have throughly enjoyed it. Barcelona is the capital of Catalunya and the people here are very proud of their culture. All signs are in both Catalunyan and Spanish and they have a very strong sense of identity. Unfortunately I haven't had time to learn more about but I will be back one ...
