    Today started off early for Meredith and I, and not because Italy starts early and woke us up. No, unfortunately jetlag was playing it's little games and 5am became the new 7am.     ... which is for the quarter one up to 3! Eg 11.45 rings as 11 dings and 3 dongs but some village clocks have dongs before dings. If you miscount your dings you only have to wait 15 minutes before they ding and dong again!

    ... was very good. I enjoyed him. He is not permitted to speak in the chapel so much of this explanation took place before we went in. I know that I will buy a good guide to the chapel now. He has whetted my appetite for more. While we were there, a priest gave a blessing and said a brief prayer in several languages.
