... we hopped into the back of a lorry with our bikes and got a lift back up!
After a tough day we headed back to the hostel and myself and Ady got full body massages, was jsut what we needed!
We ate in a vegeterian restaurant one night where we got vegan burgers...these were delicious!

Casa del Arbo was the first stop the next morning, this is the swing at the end of the world. This was really cool and slightly scary also! Photos are the best ...

After going down 4 or 5 waterfalls and we finished up with a couple of natural slides. The whole thing was really worth the $30 even though it was freezing. There was a fire at the base. The inner pyro got that going and start to thaw out.

The guys on the tour with me were alright too. Well he Aussies and the pom. We had all agreed to go to a bar after dinner. Meet at 10. Being only 7 I had some time to kill. So a nap ...

... breakfast at a Mediterranean restaurant and had empenadas for lunch from a cool Argentinian street vendor. It was all so great and relaxing. Third day- woke up and went 4-wheeling in the jungle, splashed around in puddles and ended up covered in mud. So much fun! Finally sunny enough to swim at the beach and lay out a little. Had the best meal of Ecuador: great salad, ceviche, giant empenada, and local fish. The onset of traveler's diarrhea... To be ...
