    ... of Papusa stands. Since I'm not in love with Papusas like the Salvadorians, I opt for a chicken and vegetable dish. They tell me these are free range chickens. They are a little chewer, but have a good flavor and they were happy until the end!! Sara and Damian ordered several different Papusas and gave me a little of each to try. Some I liked better than others. :)

    ... two hours we had reached the border with El Salvador. Again, a lot of form filling etc. but still peanuts compared to Costa Rica.
