    I was sad to leave Venice but I was excited about taking the watertaxi to the airport! I had to walk to the closest stop for the Alilaguna boat, thankfully only up and over one bridge! This boat is much smaller than the vaporettos but does seat as many as 20-25 people. It stops at several spots along the Grand Canal and then heads over to the mainland to the Marco Polo Airport.     ... the atrium and the glass elevators are whisking people up and down. We check out our room and go up on deck. There are bars on either side of this deck and with the temperature at 27 degrees they look inviting. We pass a hamburger station where they serve you the bun and patty and then you add your own additional fillings, on the other side of the ship there's a matching station, but it's serving freshly made tacos.
