Doing it the french way
... what our choice would be. Along the quayside, motorhomes were ranked alongside each other, settling for an evening and night.
Fabulous meal at a quayside restaurant. Wet and windy weather just held off long enough to walk to the restaurant and back.
The storm came in about midnight. Wind and lashing rain. But we were cosy and comfortable.
Amazing how many motorhomes were lined up in the morning.

Laying siege to Honfleur
... in Honfleur. We are fortunate to be there at 12 noon so get the full works!
The views are lovely and give us a good view also of the bridge. Honfleur itself is a little gem,lovely winding cobbled streets, many old houses which now house many cafes and small shops, and a beautiful harbour surrounded by tall thin houses with yet more cafes and bars.
