    ... hadn’t prepaid, they suggested I negotiate with the hotel. I attempted this but the hotel manager said that I’d agreed to that rate by making the booking and that was what they expected me to pay. Well then it got interesting. I discovered by checking the internet that the hotel was currently quoting just one quarter of what they expected me to pay for my room for that last night.
