      ... TV news in Britain . Our first glimpse of the place is a surprise. Descending from the motorway, we catch a quick view of a long, sunny, sandy bay with a promenade. We have chosen our hotel, Hotel Termas Marinas El Palasiet, because it looks easy to find, appears clean and comfortable and has access to parking.       ... of Benicassim, where bareback riders gallop massive horses through narrow streets, where bulls charge down equally narrow streets and then of course we have the makeshift arena and the would-be matadors!! There is an overwhelming sense of individual responsibility, of older brothers looking after younger brothers, of family and friendship and above all, of common sense. It is very, very refreshing!

      ... first street several minutes after the last pets had been led round the corner. Two guys stepped into the middle of the street with sticks and stopped them. We thought they were genuinely late and just trying to catch up to the last float, because they obediently turned around and trotted back up this narrow street.
